6. Full care of complaints from suppliers or customers, including the necessary
research done in the laboratory.
7. Development of packaging for technical purposes e.g. descriptions, application, CE table, etc.
8. Training employees in:
• Formulation of building mortars;
• Application of building mortars,
• Research on raw materials and finished products,
• Assessment of the properties, classification and use of building mortars.
9. Help with contacts and cooperation with suppliers of raw materials, etc.
10. Organization of seminars for domestic and foreign companies.
